Tomato-Jalapeno Salad


I love a ripe tomato in the summer, and most times I want nothing more than a sprinkling of salt and a drizzle of oil to heighten the flavor, but sometimes you want to shake things up a bit. Today I am taking a walk on the spicy side: A bit of chopped chile and ginger and a dusting of lemon zest are all it takes to transform your tomatoes into something really special.
