Blueberry-Almond Butter Smoothie


Whip up this healthy smoothie in no time at all with five good-for-you ingredients—banana, frozen blueberries, dates, almond butter, and flaxseeds.


  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 ½ cups frozen blueberries (6 oz.)

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 3 tablespoons almond butter

  • 2 tablespoons flaxseeds

  • 3 dates (Medjool or Deglet), pitted

  • 2 cups water


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
