    I think this was the first meal I had a bit of an issue with. I used Cod instead of Halibut because there wasn't any available. I followed directions but the fish still seemed a bit raw, so I baked it again for an additional 10 minutes but this time on its own. I think this has been my least favorite meal since I wasn't 100% confident about cooking the fresh veggies together with the fish...Taste was "ok", but I did saturate it with lemon juice... Almost done with the 21 days! wohoo!

    This had wonderful flavor and was the easiest recipe to prepare. I used a different white fish than halibut, because it's hard to find right now and very expensive. There are other healthy and safe white fish to use. We loved the dijon dressing on the fish.
