Our no-cook chocolate pudding uses avocados (yes, really) for its creamy base.

I am really surprised by some of the bad reviews here. I think this recipe is one of the best things ever. I make it all the time and recommend it to everyone I know. I use high quality raw cacao and high quality honey. Maybe that makes a difference. Oh, and the salt is a must.

I'm truly sorry but if it sounds, weird why would you believe it? If it sounds like a duck yes it is! Chocolate pudding made mostly of avocados?

This is awful. I feel like I just threw away three perfectly ripe avocados. I've added a little more honey but it still tastes like black gum. I will never make it again and plan to throw this away.

Since I and many others have had excellent results with this recipe, you might want to check your ingredients before you add them...taste the avocados to make sure they're good. They can be deceptive. If you use good ingredients the results will be quite good.

I recommend to purée the avocados a little first because for me it got a weird consistency if I don't

This was horrible and the taste was indescribable. Old socks? Chemicals? Vegemite? UGH!!! Try a different recipe. Horrible!!!

See my comment above. It's definitely not the recipe. The results are consistently excellent if your ingredients are good.

This is my new favorite dessert! I made mine using one of those personal blenders that don't really like blending things that are too thick, so I also added a container of vanilla greek yogurt and a tad bit of milk to get things moving. This also helped cut the richness and sweeten it just a tad bit more, too. I just love it. Soooo yummy and since it is so rich, I can have a few spoonfuls and I get my chocolate fix!

This is great, but SUPER RICH! I divided it into 4 servings and was unable to finish mine.

I was so surprised how delicious this is! I used dark cocoa powder. It is RICH and is super creamy. It is much more decadent than your run of the mill chocolate pudding. I will be making this often I think!
