This spicy papaya cocktail can be enjoyed, with or without tequila.
Puree papaya, watermelon, lime juice, and 1/2 jalapeno in a blender until smooth. Strain and chill. Serve over ice and garnish with a slice each of lime and jalapeno.
To spike, stir 1 ounce blanco or anejo tequila, such as Casa Noble Crystal, into the juice. This organically produced liquor is triple-distilled for a pure agave flavor.
