    I make a large pot of 6 grain oatmeal and diced apples. I eat it hot the morning I make it adding berries and walnuts. About 30 minutes later I stir in apple pie spice mix. Following mornings or evening snack I scope out desired amount and loosen it then I add what ever fruits nuts, etc, eat it cold. When living in snow country I did warm it. I do not add any sweeteners as the apples did that.raf

    This is delicious. I love eating this in the mornings! It is hearty and nutritious. If you wanted to make this healthier you can substitute the rolled oats for steel cut and the syrup for agave nectar. Cheers to breakfast!
