Soy Ginger Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce

  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon peeled and finely minced fresh ginger

  • 1 scallion, thinly sliced, for garnish

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, vinegar, and ginger. Garnish with the scallion and serve.
