This is the best smoothie that I have made in a long time! I definitely recommend using an extra tablespoon of coconut milk at least because it is very thick! It has a beautiful pink color and is sweet and a little tart.

I love this recipe! I use almond milk in my strawberry banana recipe http://fitwirr.com/health/tips/strawberry-banana-smoothie and it works perfectly as a substitute for coconut milk. I also like to add chia seeds for added nutritional value.

Made as recipe said & it is yummy. I don't care for bananas in things, & this didn't much taste like strong banana so I liked it very much. Was a great afternoon snack!

Simple and satisfying! I added a splash more of the coconut milk to make the consistency more drinkable, as I found it a bit too thick with only 2 tbsp. Otherwise, very quick and easy to throw together and refreshing!
