super easy to prepare, lasts forever (tho it was gone in 2 days!) keeps you full and tastes great! I especially love the coconut and apricot, which is funny because I don't like apricots ;)

One of the easiest snacks to prepare for this cleanse. Toasting the coconut makes it so much more flavorful. I included slivered almonds & walnut halves in mine. Also, raw pepitas. Nice to have on hand when you really want something to CHEW! :)
