  • Soak cashews in water for 30 minutes. Transfer to a blender with cinnamon and honey and blend until smooth. Season with salt and refrigerate in an airtight container up to 1 week. Serve with apple and/or pear slices.

The flavor is nice, but they should specify that you have to pour off the water before transferring the cashews only to a blender. I read this recipe several times before transferring the cashews and water to the blender. So, I just wasted some pricey raw cashews :(
