  • Paper in coordinating color

  1. For the large flat cards: Use the corner punch to make a cutout in each corner of a flat card, and use the edge punch to create a punched design along one edge of a flat card. For a full border along an edge, you will need to follow the paper-size instructions provided with the punch to make sure the cutouts line up correctly. Follow the diagram on the edge punch itself to line paper and punch up to make precise cutouts. Pair the flat cards with envelopes in contrasting colors to accentuate the cutouts.

  2. For the medium flat cards: Use the corner punch to make a cutout in each corner of a flat card. Repeat with several cards and pair with contrasting envelopes to make a set. To make a coordinating belly band, cut strip of paper wide enough to accommodate punching along both sides and long enough to wrap around your stationery set. Punch out the edges, wrap the band around the stationery set, and secure underneath with a small piece of double-stick tape.

  3. For the small envelope: Use the corner punch to cut out each corner of the envelope, then insert a card in a contrasting color.

  4. For the gift enclosures: A simple punch in one corner is all you need, either on the gift-enclosure card or on the envelope with a corner of contrasting card showing through.
