Miso Dressing

Use this umami-packed four-ingredient sauce as a vinaigrette for salad or marinade for chicken and fish.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons miso (preferably shiro or awase)

  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar

  • Pinch of freshly ground pepper

  • cup safflower oil

Directions

  1. Whisk together miso, vinegar, and pepper. Gradually whisk in oil.
