Creamy Avocado Dip

This recipe is creamier than your typical guacamole, thanks to a spin in a food processor and the addition of sour cream.

Ingredients

  • 2 sliced avocados

  • 1 cup low-fat sour cream

  • ½ cup packed fresh cilantro leaves

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • 1 finely chopped jalapeno

  • ½ teaspoon coarse salt

  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Directions

  1. In a food processor, combine avocados, sour cream, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeno, and salt. Pulse until smooth, scraping down sides as necessary. Serve with tortilla chips.
