This is a great idea, but the directions are not quite detailed enough. We grilled the chicken -- seasoned with kosher salt and pepper -- on med-hi for 9 minutes a side. The garlic didn't really do much for the tomatoes, since they weren't on the grill that long. Next time, we plan to brush both sides with olive oil+seasonings and grill 3/4" slices on foil. The grilled roll and the mozzarella were great, as was a little extra basil we added after removing from the grill.
