Virginia Madsen
Virginia Madsen was born in Chicago to a family already well-acquainted with the acting world -- her mother is an award-winning writer, poet, and producer. Virginia began honing her acting skills in high school. Her role in "Sideways" earned her nominations for both an Academy Award and a Golden Globe. Virginia is here today to talk about her films "The Number 23" and "The Astronaut Farmer," and to make healthy Tuna Burgers with Wasabi Mayonnaise.

Johnny Iuzzini's interest in pastry began at 17, when he began working at the River Cafe. Following graduation from the Culinary Institute of America and apprenticeships in some of France's finest restaurants and patisseries, Johnny has made a name for himself as the executive pastry chef at Jean-Georges. Today, he shares his secret for getting more from vanilla beans.

Julie Scardina is an animal ambassador for Sea World, Busch Gardens, and Discovery Cove. Making more than 100 media appearances each year, Julie is committed to animal entertainment, education, and conservation. In addition, she is a board member for the Sea World and Busch Gardens Conservation Fund. Today, Julie returns to Martha's studio to introduce some exotic animals.
