The Two Faces of the 1,000 Places

Inspired by Patricia Schultz's best-selling travel book, "1,000 Places to See Before You Die," Albin and Melanie Ulle were selected by the Travel Channel to put their life on hold for 14 weeks to travel the world. The newlyweds from Colorado had the opportunity to experience the vast beauty and diverse cultures of 13 countries, including 100 places from the book. Today, Melanie and Albin share their travel stories and experiences from their journeys to Alaska, Australia, Brazil, Peru, France, South Africa, Cambodia, Canada, Hawaii, India, Mexico, and Nepal.

Spring Celebrations with Carolyne Roehm

For more than two decades, Carolyne Roehm has been viewed as one of this country's trendsetters in fashion, elegance, and tastemaking. For 10 years, Carolyne worked for Oscar de la Renta as a house model and designer. In 1984, she started her own fashion house, Carolyne Roehm Inc., becoming an instant critical success. She has most recently shifted her talent to teaching others about flowers, lifestyle, decorating, and entertaining. Today, she joins Martha to showcase a spring celebration table.

Byron Martin Talks Unusual Plants

Byron Martin is the owner of Logee's Greenhouses, a 113-year-old horticultural establishment. In addition to being the author of an award-winning plant book, Byron speaks to numerous garden clubs and arboretums around the country, sharing his insight into the world of growing tropical container plants and horticultural know-how. Byron has visited Martha before, sharing the "Miracle Fruit" plant -- its berries trick your taste buds with a sweet sensation. Today, Byron returns to discuss unusual plants with Martha.
