Raised in a family of foodies, Lucinda began cooking professionally at the age of 16. She has worked as a private chef, caterer, cooking teacher, and freelance food writer. "Lucinda's Authentic Jamaican Cooking," was re-released in April 2006, and she is currently at work on a new cookbook, "Rustic Italian Cooking." You can hear Lucinda's radio show, "EatDrink," on Sirius satellite radio on channel 112, or watch her on the "Everyday Food" cooking show on PBS. Today, she joins Martha to make Angel Food Cake with Oven-Dried Pineapple.
