Jeff Probst in the Kitchen
Jeff Probst was born in Wichita, Kansas, and moved to Seattle when he was in high school. He gained early performing experience in high school plays and in a local rock band, but his first professional break came when he hosted a local gardening show on Seattle's CBS affiliate KIRO. Jeff heard about "Survivor" through a chance listen to a radio program in 2000 for a show called "Survivor." The show's combination of survival skills, backstabbing politics, and full-contact physical competition -- along with Jeff's catchphrase, "The tribe has spoken" -- quickly made it an audience favorite. Today, Jeff is here to make a Pupu Platter -- the perfect party food.
Katie Hatch and Blueprint
Katie Hatch took the Singer into her hands when she was 7 to make clothes for her Barbie. But it wasn't until last spring, after her three-year tenure as a crafts editor at Martha Stewart Living, that she became the fashion editor at Blueprint, a job that's as tailor-fit as her wardrobe, most of which she sews herself. Today, Katie joins Martha to craft a no-sew Ultrasuede skirt and Ultrasuede doggie coat.
