Crafting with Elisabeth Hasselbeck
Elisabeth Hasselbeck (born Filarski) grew up in Rhode Island. After graduating from Boston College, Elisabeth worked as the only female footwear designer for Puma North America, designing the company's street lifestyle line. In 1999, she made her television debut on the Style Network's "Stylemakers." Elisabeth also starred in the second edition of "Survivor" before becoming a host on the daytime talk show "The View." Today, she joins Martha to craft stenciled stool tops.

Stenciled Stool Supplies
The colors used were: giraffe (cream-colored base with reddish-brown spots), zebra (off-white with very dark brown stripes), elephant (light gray, dark gray, white tusk), and monkey (medium brown body, light brown arm and head, dark brown face). The 17-by-17-by-17-inch stools are from Gothic Cabinet Craft. Xerox waterproof paper is available at Staples and other office-supply stores. Stencil adhesive spray, acrylic paints, brushes, and cutting tools available at crafts and art-supply stores. The clear acrylic protective finish is available at paint and hardware stores.
