David Alan Grier Heats Up the Kitchen

David Alan Grier was born and raised in Detroit. He graduated from the city's premier high school, Cass Tech, and went on to earn a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and an MFA from the Yale School of Drama. In 1989, Grier signed on to the show for which he is still most recognized today, "In Living Color." His film credits include "Boomerang," "Tales from the Hood," and "Jumanji." This spring, David returns to TV as host of the hit new improv show "Thank God You're Here." Today, he is back in the kitchen to make delicious prosciutto sandwiches.

America Cooks with Rose Richard

Rose Richards is a viewer from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, who attended a taping of the show. At the end of the show, when Martha took questions from the audience, Rose mentioned that she makes the best candy. Today, as part of our popular America Cooks series, we put Rose to the test when she shares her recipe for opera fudge.
