Cooking with Chef Curtis Stone

On his TV show "The Take Home Chef," Australian chef Curtis Stone surprises unsuspecting supermarket shoppers and lets them take him home to cook a delicious meal. Today, he joins Martha in her kitchen to share two easy and delicious recipes from his new cookbook, "Cooking with Curtis Stone": deep-fried eggplant with mozzarella and basil, as well as deep-fried zucchini flowers.

"Whatever with Alexis & Jennifer" is a two-hour daily radio talk show on Martha Stewart Living Radio, Sirius channel 112, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. ET. The show's lifestyle-talk format is marked by the different personalities of the two hosts, Alexis Stewart (daughter of Martha Stewart) and Jennifer Koppelman Hutt (daughter of Charles Koppelman). Alexis was raised in New York City and Westport, Connecticut. In the fall of 2005, she was an adviser on "The Apprentice: Martha Stewart" on NBC. Jennifer was born on Long Island, New York. She graduated from Tufts University and received a law degree from Hofstra University.This week, Alexis and Jennifer share candid stories about their fascinating lives.
