International Chef Show
Martha is joined by some fabulous chefs for our International Chef Show, dedicated to the wonderful variety of cuisine found around the world. First, Jamie Oliver returns with his recipe for a quick and easy Super Squid Linguini. Next, Jim Botsacos, of restaurants Molyvos and Abboccato, prepares a spicy seafood entree of Roasted Jumbo Prawns from his cookbook, "The New Greek Cuisine." Then, award-winning chef David Chang, of the popular Momofuku Noodle Bar, shows you a simple way to make delicious Salt-and-Sugar Pickles. Plus, Michelle Bernstein, the award-winning chef of Michy's in Miami, MB in Cancun, and Michelle's in Key Largo, prepares a heart-healthy Banana-Leaf-Wrapped Snapper that's perfect for dinner tonight.
