Senator Bill Bradley
Senator Bill Bradley is a managing director of Allen & Company LLC. From 2001 to 2004, he acted as chief outside advisor to McKinsey & Company's nonprofit practice. Senator Bradley served in the U.S. Senate from 1979 to 1997, representing New Jersey. In 2000, he was a candidate for the Democratic nomination for president of the United States. Before serving in the Senate, he was an Olympic gold medalist in 1964 and a professional basketball player with the New York Knicks from 1967 to 1977, during which time he won two NBA championships. In 1982, he was elected to the Basketball Hall of Fame. Today, he joins Martha to talk about his new book, "The New American Story" which was an audience giveaway, and to answer questions about the 2008 presidential election.

Jonathan Waxman
Chef and restaurateur Jonathan Waxman of Barbuto in New York City -- and the new outpost in Guadeloupe -- joins Martha in the kitchen to make his critically acclaimed Perfert Roast Chicken with mashed potatoes and spinach. The recipe is included in his new book, "A Great American Cook: Recipes from the Home Kitchen of One of Our Most Influential Chefs," which was an audience giveaway.
