Designer Ralph Rucci
World-renowned fashion designer Ralph Rucci is here with his recipe for Individual Chocolate Cakes, and to chat about the documentary "Ralph Rucci: A Designer and His House," which follows the creation of his Spring 2008 ready-to-wear and Fall 2008 couture collections. The documentary is narrated by Martha and airs this month on the Sundance Channel. Rucci calls his ready-to-wear collections Chado, the name of a traditional Japanese tea ceremony symbolizing respect, tranquility, and integrity. In 2001, he was invited to join the haute couture collections in Paris, being the first American to have this honor since Mainbocher more than 50 years ago.
