Chef Paul Bergeron
Rhode Island pastry chef Paul Bergeron is here, just in time for Thanksgiving, to share his recipe for Pumpkin Pecan-Praline Pie. His Sakonnet River Pie Company began as a small, roadside fruit pie stand and has now blossomed into a successful retail operation that still maintains it's core values of baking with only high-quality, seasonal ingredients. To place an order with Sakonnet River Pie, please call: 401-635-0022. Supply is very limited, and all orders must be picked up at the Mill Pond Shops in Tiverton Four Corners. The leaf lard used in Paul's pumpkin pecan-praline pie is from Dietrich's Country Store. The tear drop cutter is from the H.O. Foose Tinsmithing Co.
