Today, chef Fabio Trabocchi of New York's Fiamma restaurant (206 Spring Street, New York, NY, 10012) joins Martha to make Le Marche Lasagne from his "Cucina of Le Marche" cookbook.

Gardening with Byron Martin
Byron Martin is the owner of Logee's Greenhouses, a 113-year-old horticultural establishment. In addition to being the author of an award-winning plant book, Byron speaks to numerous garden clubs and arboretums around the country, sharing his insight into growing tropical container plants and horticultural know-how. Today, Byron joins Martha to demonstrate how to grow indoor fruit plants. Special thanks to Byron for giving copies of the Logee's Greenhouse catalog to our studio audience.
