Body+Soul Challenge
The Body+Soul Challenge is an online program that gives people 30 days to get on the path toward better health. Members will have access to healthy recipes, a healthy snack of the day, and tips from various experts, such as Dr. Brent Ridge, Mary Tedesco, and Alanna Fincke.
