Sarah Brightman Cooks & Performs
Sarah Brightman was born in Berkhamstead, England. Her ambition to be an artist was apparent early on -- she began ballet lessons at age 3. As a teenager, she stepped into the world of performing arts and never looked back. Sarah has more than 150 gold and platinum certifications in 34 countries, and is the only artist to hold No. 1 spots on the Billboard Classical and Dance charts simultaneously. Today, Sarah will join Martha in the kitchen to make a delicious apricot pudding. And, she'll be performing "What You Never Know," accompanied and written by Stephan Moccio, from her new album, "Diva: The Singles Collection."
Shannon Bennett
Shannon Bennett began his culinary journey at the age of 15. He trained at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne under Roger Leinhard, moving to Europe and working in the kitchens of such greats as Albert Roux, John Burton-Race, and Marco Pierre White. For the past six years, Shannon has focused on his Melbourne restaurant Vue de Monde, and has received numerous awards during this time. Today, Shannon joins Martha as part of her Chefs' Secrets series to show you how to freeze tarragon.
Tamela Wheeler

Today, she joins Martha to share her unique craft -- the Japanese art of temari balls. Tamela has been making this unique craft, which originated in China and later spread to Japan, for more than seven years.
