Michael Schulson, executive chef of the popular Buddakan restaurant in New York City's Chelsea Market, has been heavily inspired by his travels throughout Europe, Thailand, Hong Kong, and Indonesia. Today, Michael shows us one of his favorite dishes, vegetable-filled dumplings.

Cooking with Chef Tom Douglas
Tom Douglas grew up in Delaware on blue crabs steamed with loads of Old Bay spice; he later moved to Seattle, where Dungeness is king. For the past 20 years, Tom's Dungeness crab cakes have been one of the top-selling dishes in his popular restaurants. Along with his wife and business partner, Jackie Cross, Tom owns five of Seattle's most exciting restaurants: Dahlia Lounge, Etta's, Palace Kitchen, Lola, and Serious Pie (a pizzeria), as well as a catering business, Tom Douglas Catering and Events. Today, Tom reveals one of his favorite healthy recipes: sake-steamed salmon with sake butter.
