"Entertaining"
On December 13, 1982, Martha's first book, "Entertaining," was released, and today, Martha celebrates the 25th anniversary of this revolutionary lifestyle book. Some friends from Martha's catering days, Cory Tippin and Sarah Gross, join Martha in the kitchen to prepare Frozen Vodka, while Chip Gibson and Susan Magrino join Martha to make The Original Eggnog. Martha's former publisher, Alan Mirken, and editor, Carol Southern, also stop by to share some of the remarkable history of "Entertaining" with us. Martha also showed off the following desserts from "Entertaining," some of her personal favorites: Clementine Tart, Pear Frangipane Tart, Palmiers, Poached Pears, Lemon Curd Tartlets, Glaceed Oranges, Strawberry Centerpiece, and The Roberta Heart Cake.
