Simple Syrup

Ingredients

Makes 3 cups

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups water

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, boil sugar and water over medium-high heat until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool completely before using. (To store, refrigerate, up to 2 months.)
