Laughter in the Rain

This great vodka cocktail is courtesy of Allen Katz.

Ingredients

Makes 1 cocktail

  • 1 piece (1 inch) peeled cucumber, chopped
  • 2 ounces organic vodka, preferably Rain
  • 1/2 ounce peach liqueur, preferably Mathilde
  • 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 1 strip lemon zest
  • 1 strip cucumber peel

Directions

  1. Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon zest and cucumber peel.
