Ingredients

Makes 3/4 Cup

  • 1 pint strawberries, stems removed, quartered
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Directions

  1. Place strawberries and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat; cook until sugar dissolves and strawberries are soft, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a blender, puree until smooth. Store up to 3 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
