Passover Powdered Sugar

This powdered sugar recipe is used to make delicious Sponge Cake.

Ingredients

Makes scant 1 cup

  • 1 tablespoon potato starch
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

Directions

  1. In a food processor, combine potato starch and sugar. Process until fine and powdery, about 2 minutes. Let sugar settle for about 1 minute before removing from processor.
