This chantilly cream recipe is courtesy of Anne Willan and is used to make her Coeur a la Creme.
Ingredients
Serves 6
1 cup creme fraiche or heavy cream
1 to 2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Directions
Place all ingredients in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. Beat on medium until soft peaks form. Refrigerate until ready to use, up to 2 hours.
