Cream Filling

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat butter until light and fluffy. Gradually add confectioners' sugar and granulated sugar, beating until combined. Beat in vanilla extract.
