2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup flour (scant)
Pinch of salt
Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk together oil and 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon water. Add flour and salt, and whisk until well combined. Let stand 1 hour before using.
