Sour Cream Sauce

Yield Makes 2 1/2 cups
- 2 cups sour cream
- 3/4 cup buttermilk, plus more for thinning
- 2 tablespoons brine from <u>Pickled Lox</u>
- Combine sour cream, buttermilk, and brine in a glass bowl, and mix well (if too thick, add a little extra buttermilk).
