This fresh and fragrant sugar is wonderful sprinkled on fruit salad or pineapple rings, used to rim cocktail glasses, or stirred into lemonade or iced tea.

- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh tender herbs, such as basil, mint, or cilantro
- In a food processor, combine sugar and herbs. Pulse until herbs are finely ground and mixture is well combined.
