July 4th Paper Lanterns

To create a cascading star pattern, as shown here, cluster stars close together at the top of the lantern and paste stars farther apart toward the bottom. Hang the lanterns in a group for maximum impact. When the party's over, fold them up and tuck them away for next year's celebration.
