Cognac and Grainy Mustard Turkey Gravy

- 4 cups <u>Turkey Gravy</u>
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon Cognac
- 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Bring turkey gravy to a boil in a medium saucepan; immediately reduce to a simmer. Stir in cognac; let simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in mustard and season to taste with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and stir in heavy cream.
