Simple Grilled Peaches
Grilling peaches intensifies their natural sweetness and a scoop of vanilla ice cream seals the deal.
- 4 freestone peaches
- Olive oil
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream, for serving
- Halve and pit peaches.
- Preheat grill to high. Dip cut side of peaches in olive oil. Place peaches, cut side down, on grill until warmed through; release from grill.
- Divide among 4 bowls. Top with scoops of vanilla ice cream.
