Hot and Nutty Whiskey Sours
This warm take on the whiskey sour adds Nocello, a walnut-flavored liqueur, for a nutty twist.

Yield Makes 4
- 3/4 cup Nocello, or other walnut-flavored liqueur
- 1 1/2 cups whiskey or bourbon, such as Maker's Mark
- 3/4 cup <u>Simple Syrup</u>
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (from 2 lemons)
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- Bring Nocello, whiskey, simple syrup, and lemon juice to a simmer in a medium saucepan. Divide among 4 mugs, and garnish each with a cinnamon stick.
