Chris Schlesinger's Barbecue Sauce
Whip up homemade barbecue sauce in a snap with this recipe from chef Chris Schlesinger, used in his Barbecued Oysters with Bacon and Garlic Butter.
Yield Makes enough for 12 servings
- 2/3 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dark-brown sugar
- 5 dashes Tabasco
- 5 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- Place all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir to combine.
