- 2 tablespoons white-wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon minced shallot
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
- In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, parsley, shallot, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
