Ingredients

    • 2 ounces silver tequila
    • 1 1/4 ounces elderflower liqueur, preferably St-Germain
    • 4 dashes grapefruit bitters (<a href="http://wallywine.com" target="_blank">wallywine.com</a>)
    • Ice
    • 1 slice of grapefruit

Directions

  1. Combine tequila, elderflower liqueur, and bitters in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir until chilled, and strain into a coupe. Garnish with grapefruit.
