Bee Naughty Honey Simple Syrup

Mix a sweet Beehive Cocktail using this twist on simple syrup from Julian Niccolini, co-owner of The Four Seasons.

Ingredients

    • 1 cup honey

Directions

  1. Place honey in a small saucepan along with 1 cup water. Heat over medium heat until water and honey are well combined; do not boil. Let cool completely before using.
