Pear-infused vodka and honey syrup combine in this sweet, mellow cocktail recipe from Julian Niccolini, co-owner of The Four Seasons

- Ice cubes
- 1/2 cup pear vodka
- Splash of cold water
- <u>1/4 cup <u>Bee Naughty Honey Simple Syrup</u></u>
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 to 3 <a href="/recipe/apple-and-pear-chips">Pear Chips</a>
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, water, simple syrup, and lemon juice; cover and shake until well combined, about 1 minute. Strain into 2 to 3 chilled martini glasses. Garnish with pear slices and serve.
