Sara's Salad Greens Mixture
Use this salad-greens mixture to make Sara Foster's Breakfast Burritos.

- 2 cups arugula leaves
- 2 cups spinach leaves
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- In a medium bowl, toss arugula, spinach, olive oil, and vinegar until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
