- <u>Swiss Meringue Buttercream</u>
- <u>Yellow Butter Cupcakes</u>
- Fill a pastry bag fitted with a star tip with buttercream. Pipe 6 starbursts around perimeter of cupcake, then pipe a starburst in the center. Place a gumdrop in the center of each starburst. Repeat with remaining cupcakes, buttercream, and gumdrops.
